HR-One is a comprehensive end-to-end software suite designed for HR professionals. It streamlines critical workflows such as attendance tracking, payroll processing, 360° performance reviews, and employee lifecycle management—while placing a strong emphasis on engagement and workplace motivation.

I collaborated closely with Karan Jain, the founder of HR-One, to simplify the platform’s user experience and bring clarity to its dense and complex workflows. From redesigning the information architecture to refreshing the visual language, I focused on making the platform intuitive for HR teams and enjoyable for everyday use.

One of my proudest contributions was adding a layer of personality and playfulness to the product—something often overlooked in enterprise software. This not only improved usability but also elevated user satisfaction and adoption rates across the board. In parallel, I helped build and mentor their internal design team to ensure long-term scalability and continuity of the design vision.
